Some clients simply prefer face-to-face appointments, especially when it involves deeper issues which need extra support. Telephone coaching and remote therapy has been proven to be as effective as face-to-face, saving time and money on travel. For those that don’t feel up to face to face therapy, or those that are unable or unwilling to travel, this is the perfect solution.
Busy, busy, busy…
Life is hectic for most of us. Some would say that true wealth is time, not money and many of us are time poor. The world no longer runs 9-5, and never stops during 24 hours. Technology was supposed to provide us with more time, but has ended up enabling us to work without stopping to smell the roses!
This has impacted our health in a very measurable way and for many of us, the stress and mental disruption we suffer comes as a result of our minds never being able to switch off. Never just being.
We need to find the space for salvation, to talk, to think, to be.
Sometimes, we simply need ‘to be’ and sometimes we need a therapist to help enable us.
Steve can be available at your convenience. Whether you would like a consultation during lunchtime at work, whilst out, whilst on holiday, whilst travelling, whilst physically unwell, or even as a result of a change of plans, preventing you from getting to the clinic, he’s here for you.
How does it work?
It’s simple: arrange an appointment, either call or email via the contact page. Determine which method you’d prefer, either in person at the clinic or by telephone or online.
It really is as simple as that. Please leave a voicemail if I am unavailable!
Initial consultation or chat.
Firstly need we allocate a convenient time so we can get to know each other, understand your challenges and goals. This call will normally last around 10 minutes to ascertain suitability.
Coaching or therapy sessions
The sessions will be individually tailored sessions. We will agree a clear focus to explore your personal challenges, issues. By the end of each session you will have tasks to undertake to help you work towards your goals. Each session will be prepared pre-session in relation to your progress and outcomes.
I recommend committing initially to a few sessions at first, to ensure that you are comfortable, once happy we can together achieve lasting success from your coaching and/or therapy. You will be supported in setting appropriate goals, working on steps towards these goals.
